Bexley’s clubhouse needed a touch of modernization and up-to-date comforts for their residents. The design motive was to turn their traditional clubhouse away from the hotel style feel to a more comfortable, open, and natural space for their residents to come to after a long day of work. We created a space not only containing amenities for the residents, but also a place of socialization for the residents. Whether it’s watching sporting events, playing pool, hanging out or working out their new space facilitates it all. The project was a total revitalization of the life of the community.
