Concept: A Professional Yet Inviting Space for a Global Real Estate Leader

Colliers’ Raleigh office needed a refined, modern workplace that embodied their reputation as a global leader in commercial real estate. The goal was to create a space that inspires integrity and collaboration—while also offering comfort, trust, and visual impact for both clients and team members.

Visitors are welcomed into a branded reception area anchored by a linear wood slat wall and warm, layered textures. This design language carries throughout the space, with a neutral palette enhanced by intentional color pops—such as cobalt blue accent doors and sun-washed ochre lounge chairs. A balance of glass-fronted huddle rooms, open workstations, and a large conference room supports different workstyles while reinforcing transparency and connection.

Amenities like the open break room, soft seating nooks, and integrated hospitality elements were designed with both client engagement and employee experience in mind. The result is a workspace that feels sharp yet approachable—tailored to Colliers’ brand of trusted expertise and forward-thinking service.
