Concept: Setting an Example

As the landlord of One Glenwood in Downtown Raleigh, Heritage Properties needed their own space to reflect their culture and serve as an example to tenants. The design challenges for Heritage Properties were maximizing a 2,600 square foot footprint while providing visual privacy and maintaining an open, transparent feel. These design challenges were addressed by utilizing custom millwork and ceiling baffles which were complemented by the finishes and furnishings.
