Concept: Beauty on a Budget
The Coley Group’s new office at North Hills was a previous lab space that was partially demolished and renovated to create a residential real estate office that evokes the refined luxury of the services marketed by the tenant. Using a neutral pallet with striking contrast and details, we were able to convey the same high-end sophistication that is expected of the Coley Group’s clients. Glass walls add to the visual appeal and keep the space feeling dramatic and sufficiently spacious, while the central open break area and lounge provide a welcoming place for visitors as well as a casual meeting or collaboration space for employees. The Coley Group team added to the overall impact of the space by focusing on the inclusion of unexpected and well-executed details such as the green wall, neon signage and gold accents. This is truly a Beauty on a Budget with an overall cost of only $52 per square foot.
