TBD – DISC Personality Assessment

TBD did a team building activity that was not only informative but also gave us great tools to work with clients, co-workers, friends, and maybe even spouses! 🙂

The DISC personality assessment is a short question & answer you do privately with the end result showing you a breakdown of your personality.  TBD was lead in discussion by DISC experts that explained our results and gave us insight on how to apply that in a work or personal environment.

It was time well spent as a group and highly recommended for any company!
