And the winner is …. Tina Barnard Designs for Small Design Firm!!  What an honor it is to be recognized at this year’s {virtual} IIDA Designworks!!

When you are a small company, every penny counts. That’s why when TBD was ready to renew our lease in this ever rising market, we quickly realized the need to make the footprint of the current suite work. The original suite was designed in 2014 when we only had 4 employees. Now, 5 years later, with 11 employees and no conference room for an ever growing client list. It was time to innovate and renovate to maximize every square inch of the office. The results. . . many clients thought we had expanded our suite and were surprised to see all that could be fit into just 1,752 rentable square feet.
